Stew with rice and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup Basmati rice
5 tomatoes
5 green peppers
1 bunch green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper, curry, salt

Method
Onions and garlic are finely finely and fry in olive oil. Add rice and stir until well fried. Sprinkle paprika, pepper, curry and salt and add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Pour 3 cups hot water, the mixture was stirred and poured into a pan or stew ring. The dish is baked at 180 C and served sprinkled with parsley.
