Stew with tuna

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
1 kg of tuna loins
75 ml olive oil
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 dried chili pepper
1 tsp paprika, sea salt

Method
Dried peppers put to soak in hot water for about 20 minutes. Then removed, cleaned of seeds and handle, peel and flesh left. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Tuna is cut into chunks and add salt. In suitable saucepan heat olive oil, then add the chopped onion, meat dried peppers and cut into strips of green pepper. Suffocating approximately 5 minutes while stirring. Add potatoes, red pepper and seasoned with a little salt. Pour with water so that the ingredients are coated with about 4 cm. Water. Allow to boil, and then decreases, and allowed to simmer until the potatoes are ready (about 30 minutes). Add tuna and allowed to boil for about 10 minutes, then removed from the hotplate and allowed to stand for 30 minutes. 1-2 stew of potatoes mashed with a fork and stir the dish to make a thicker broth. Serve hot in deep plates or wide bowls.
