Stewed beef in Catalan

Ingredients
500 g of beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
200 g of tomato paste
2 cup (400 ml) red wine
8 new potatoes
garlic sausage or smoked meat
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Onions and garlic are cut into pieces and fry in sunflower oil to yellowing, add diced meat and fry on all sides. Pour the wine, add salt, sprinkle with pepper, add tomato puree, away with a few tablespoons of water, and stew under the lid to poluomekvane. Add the potatoes, cut into pieces of salami (or smoked meat) and stew.
