Stewed cabbage with pork

Ingredients
600 g ground pork
2 onions
20 g fat
100 g rice
800 g sauerkraut
1/3 cup (70 ml) milk
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) cumin
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
50 g cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in preheated oil and mixed with minced meat pork and rice with scalding. In a suitable container, well greased with oil, put cabbage mixed with cumin, meat, alternating layers. Everything is flooded with water, capped and stew one hour in the oven. Just before serving add stirring milk, cream or broth flour and tomato paste and bring to the boil, and the court often shake. Sauerkraut should remain very juicy. Optional can doosoli.
