Ingredients
          1 kg chicken
          5 potatoes
          100 g butter bean
          3 red peppers
          2 onions
          500 ml vegetable broth
          20 g butter
          10 ml sunflower oil
          1 tsp salt , black pepper and red pepper
          2 tbsp soy sauce
          20 g garlic
          parsley
          2 tbsp flour

          Method
              In the pot put the potatoes, cut into slices, yellow beans - slightly pre parboiled peppers - sliced, onions - chopped, chicken cut into portions, the oil, the butter, salt, paprika, pepper, soy sauce, garlic finely chopped, flour and stir. Pour broth. Pot cover with lid and bake in the oven at 200C degrees of upper and lower oven at the same time, about 2 hours. Once the dish is ready seasoned with chopped parsley and serve warm.
