Ingredients
1 rabbit - about 2 kg
5-6 large onions
2 carrots
cloves of garlic 1
1 tbsp paprika
300 ml white wine
oil
pepper grains
1-2 bay leaves
parsley for sprinkling

Method
Rabbit cut into portions. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker. Meat pieces fry lightly in fat and remove. In the same fat, sauté the onion, cut into crescents, carrots - diced. Add the red pepper. Meat back into the pan. Add white wine, black pepper and bay leaf. Pour a little water - almost cover the meat. Close the pot and boil 40 minutes of boiling. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Optional with vegetables can be added and about 250 g mushrooms, sliced ​​not too finely.

wonderful dish get it cooked today and just tried it. Omitted to mention when put garlic and salt, but I straightened. I added 2 chopped potatoes and boil density dish for 30 minutes and still had razvarilo meat, maybe because I was young rabbits. Once again well done. The recipe is already in love.
