Strawberry parfait

Ingredients
300 g strawberries
100 g cream (confectionery)
4 eggs
5-6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gelatin
Method
Yolks and sugar is broken down to blanching and then put water bath and stirred until thickening. Beat egg whites and snow. Strain the strawberries. The pre-soaked gelatine put in a water bath until melted. The cream is stirred until the density of the yogurt. Molten gelatin put in strawberries, cream is mixed with the egg yolks and the whole is mixed. Finally, the addition of the egg whites, while stirring carefully. Divide into bowls or cups and allowed to harden in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
