Stuffed bread with ragout and egg

Ingredients
120 g jar of prepared sauce with ragout
4 eggs
4 small buns for sandwiches
4 thin slices of salami (ham, prosciutto, etc.)
20 g butter, salt , black pepper

Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the rolls so as to get something like a bowl with lid and drill them. Put them in a pan covered with baking paper greased with olive oil. Put in every two tablespoons of sauce with ragout and a piece of salami. Separate the egg yolks from the whites of the eggs and put in a egg white in each roll. Salt to taste with salt and pepper and bake for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brush lids hlyabchetata with butter. Once you have constipation ten minutes carefully put the yolks in rolls cover with lids and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
