Stuffed fresh cabbage

Ingredients
750 g minced meat pork
2 small fresh cabbages
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
3-4 (200 g) red tomatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
1 egg
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Cabbage is dug from the book. In some of the fat fry until golden color chopped onion, then add the sauté part of tomatoes, peeled and chopped. Remove from heat and stir with a clean and washed rice, meat, boiled and chopped egg, chopped parsley, crushed pepper and salt to taste. With so prepared mixture is filled cabbages, the slit is covered with slices of tomato. Place in a saucepan, pour a little water and sauté on low heat until ready. Ten minutes before removing from the fire pour the remaining oil, stir-fried with paprika.
