Stuffed mackerel in foil

Ingredients
4 mackerel
2 bunches of parsley
1 onion
1 head of garlic
1 lemon
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Mackerel are cleared very well to remove the gills and black skins as heads are retained. Salted to taste (about 1 tsp salt fish). Head of garlic Grind kashitsa with a little salt and smear it inside the fish. Parsley cut into small pieces and stuffed into a fish. Add cut into crescents lemon and onion, pipette a little sunflower oil inside. Filled fish wrapped in well greased with sunflower oil household foil and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve with fthe oil and season salad.
