Stuffed meatballs with olives and cheese

Ingredients
2 peppers
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 slices of bread
200 ml milk
500 g minced meat
1 egg
10 olives
100 g feta cheese
sunflower oil for frying
savory, black pepper
Method
Peppers cut into thin strips. Onions and garlic are finely minced meat. Fry in a little sunflower oil, add the peppers and a little water and sauté about 5 minutes. Cleaned of sheet slices of bread soaked in milk, drain and shred. They put the minced meat, egg and mixture of peppers and onions + savory and pepper. Olives cut into small pieces and mix with the feta cheese. Of finished mince meatballs are formed by filling the inside with the mixture of the feta cheese and olives. Thus prepared fried meatballs.
