Submitted by enr on 13 Apr 2014
Ingredients
700 g pears
70-100 g biscuits
50 g almonds or other nuts to your liking
250 ml white wine
1 yolk
1 tbsp rum flavoring
about 50 g of sugar for flavoring
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
ice cream - 1-2 balls each serving
Method
Wash, peel pears. Cut them in halves. Drill holes at all, thereby removing the seeds. Rasenete little sugar inside. Chop almonds in small pieces. If you encounter any difficulties can them crushed in a mortar. The most convenient is to put the biscuits in a mortar or a clean cloth to turn to them crushed by striking in the table. The biscuits must be within very small pieces. As for sweet salami - have large. They add 1 egg yolk, sugar. Mix well. Add the nuts, rum or other aromatic alcohol for flavoring. You can also add 1 tablespoon sunflower oil to moisten the mixture. Pour the wine into the pan. Fill pears and try not to fall on the bottom. Are filled moderate. Bake in the oven at moderate temperature - 180C degrees, until pears are golden. * This is a wonderful recipe I learned it from Nenad I love to mutate and see what happens. Can replace nuts optional with other Rimmer be nuts or raisins. As you wish. Use large and not very ripe pears, not to be banging.
