Stuffed peppers with beans and rice

Ingredients
10-12 dried red peppers
1 onion
2 carrots
1 cup cooked beans
1/3 cup Rice
2 canned tomatoes
1 tbsp paprika
savory
pepper
parsley
sunflower oil

Method
Peppers pour hot water to soften and cleaned of seed. Finely chopped onion and sauté carrots. Stir and add the tomatoes, rice and spices. Add and beans. Peppers filled with the mixture and arrange in a baking dish. Add a cup of water and a little sunflower oil. Bake for about 30 minutes.
