Stuffed peppers with potatoes and cabbage

Ingredients
dry red peppers
1/2 sour cabbage
5-6 potatoes
1 stalk leek
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
mint

Method
Peppers are steamed for to soften. Sauerkraut, potatoes and leeks are cut very finely. Part of the oil fry the leeks. Add the cabbage and potatoes. Stew gently. Add mint and salt to taste. This mixture is stuffed peppers, arranged on a tray, pour into salted water and the rest of the oil. Bake until the dish absorb the water. You can use fresh peppers, frozen or pickled.

Many were delicious peppers. I used pickled cabbage, sour that has not happened yet and grated potatoes.
