Stuffed potatoes Marietta

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
150 g pork
40 g butter
1 onion
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Washed potatoes are baked from time to time pay to not burn. Meanwhile fry the finely chopped onion in the butter until yellowing, sprinkle flour, fry, the bay broth, wine, vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste and leave the mixture in a warm place. Roasted meat and parsley finely (if the meat is raw, should be ground together with chopped parsley to fry in part of the butter). Cut caps of baked potatoes, carving is as much core is crushed with a fork, mix with meat and sauce. Potatoes filled with the mixture, place the cut flaps and bake some more. Serve very hot.
