Stuffed pumpkin with fruit, rum and coconut

1 round pumpkin
prunes, raisins, dried apricots and other dried fruit of your choice
2 apples
2- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2-3 tbsp cinnamon
2- 3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp coconut
1 and 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp rum
grated orange peel of 1 orange
1/2 cup walnuts - coarsely chopped

Wash the pumpkin, severed its top. Cleaned of seeds and wash the inside. Dried fruit, chopped apples and all other components without water are confused in a bowl. Pour in pumpkin as pressed well with a spoon until thick stuffing. Pour 1/2 cup of water, waiting for the mixture to absorb the water. Do tubules between two walls of the pumpkin and stuffing and Pour remaining water. Again, pressing well with a spoon. Put the lid on and wrap with pumpkin oil fsunflower about the cap. Drilling from outside the gourd with a fork in several places. Put it into the pan with water. Periodically refill to not burn the pumpkin underneath. Bake at 250C degrees for about 2- 3 hours until pumpkin is roasted. When baked is soft to prick with a fork at the top. * The amount of dried fruit is defined according to the preferences and the size of the pumpkin.
