Stuffed tomatoes and peppers with chicken and arugula

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 bunch arugula
1-2 chicken fillet (300 g)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
Method
From the top of the tomatoes cut cover and inside are carved with a spoon. In peppers make lateral incisions and cleaned of seed. Chicken and arugula finely and put in a bowl. Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Tomatoes and peppers are filled with stuffing, cover with lids and bake in a preheated 220 C oven.
