Stuffed tomatoes with cheese and celery

Ingredients
15 (1 kg) tomatoes
2-3 heads (200 g) celery
250 g feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Celery cut into cubes and boiled in salted water. Tomatoes cut cap from the handle and remove the core. Boiled and drained celery mixed with grated feta cheese, vegetable oil, pepper, chopped parsley and salt, if necessary. The stuffing is tomatoes. Arrange in a wide dish and decorate with leaves of lettuce, chopped.
