Stuffed tomatoes with eggs

Ingredients
4 hard tomatoes
4 eggs
6 tbsp mayonnaise
mustard
lemon juice
parsley
salt
Method
Rinsed and dried tomatoes are cut perpendicular to the slices, but do not cut all the way. Peeled hard-boiled eggs cut into rings, add salt and placed between slices of tomatoes. Tomatoes are arranged on a plate, pour mayonnaise and mustard, salt and lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
