Ingredients
4 tomatoes (larger)
2 peppers
2 boiled eggs
200 g feta cheese
1 cucumber (not much)
onion
parsley
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cut the tomatoes and cover with a spoon remove the inside. Then cut in small pieces peppers, cucumber and onion. Grate the eggs and the feta cheese. Arrange ingredients equally in tomatoes, sprinkle with the feta cheese, put a little sunflower oil and salt, a sprig of parsley and sandwiching a cap. Best leave the tomatoes in the fridge to allow the flavors to blend, so it becomes even more tasty.
