Stuffed trout

Ingredients
trout
onion
chutney
pickles
mushrooms
lemon juice
garlic rings
salt
white pepper
lovage
thyme
coriander
nutmeg
parsley and fennel powder
lemon
butter
Method
Trout cleaned and washed. The inner part is sprayed with lemon juice, sprinkle with all spices, smeared with chutney and filled with chopped onion, garlic, cucumbers and mushrooms. Insert the butter. Place in foil, top rank a few small pieces of butter, sprinkle with spices, lemon rank washers, turns well and bake in the oven.
