Ingredients
1 turkey - 3.5-4 kg
1 cup bulgur
1/2 cup rice
1 onion
300 g mushrooms
200 ml red wine
200 ml water
1/2 sour cabbage
150 ml sunflower oil
50 g paprika
3-4 pinches black pepper
70 g butter
salt
50 g raisins

Method
Once defrosted turkey January salted inside and outside. Mix black, red pepper with the oil and spread everywhere the turkey well. Cut the onions, mushrooms and trinket finely and stew them with rice and the bulgur with a little sunflower oil. With finished stuffing the turkey is filled by adding and raisins. Sutured well tied to the legs and smeared with melted butter. So prepared turkey put on chopped cabbage in the tray. Pour the wine and water. Wind up with foil and put to bake in the oven well opal. Bake two hours and a half, then open and remove fthe oil, Bake until well browned.
