Ingredients
2 kg pork
2 kg beef
4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp sugar
savory
salt
paprika
cumin
pork intestines
Method
Choose Lean and lean pork and beef meat. Milled minced meat or chopped with a cleaver. Kneaded with spices and salt. Minced meat is pripleskva and allowed to stand in the cold overnight. Intestines are washed several times inside and out with cold water and fill with mixture. Twisted through 15 cm. Prick with a needle, the ends are tied with thread and leave in a cool, well-ventilated place to dry. In one two days are pressed with a rolling pin. Consumed baked BBQ, and after dry well can and raw.
