Ingredients
750 g small macaroons (3 packs of 250 g)
1 cup ready sweetened coffee (maybe instant)
# For the cream:
200 g sour cream
250 g creamy cottage cheese
5 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
cocoa for sprinkling

Method
Beat the cream, the cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla fluffy cream. Break into a suitable container half macaroons and pour half the coffee. Pour half of the cream and smooth. Crush remaining macaroons and pour the remaining coffee and cream left. Smooth and sprinkle with cocoa. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours and then serve. * Optional in the cream can add 1 packet of creams Dr. Oetker, who are without cooking and prepared with yogurt flavored with raspberry or banana.
