Ingredients
4-5 (350 g) tomatoes
2 tbsp (40 g) rice
2 cup (400 ml) milk
30 g butter
parsley
salt
Method
The rice is placed in a container with 5 cups boiling salted water and boil until tender. Add the grated tomatoes. Once boiled tomatoes, add milk. Soup, add salt to taste and boil for another 15 minutes. Downloading it from the heat and add the butter. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
