Tomato soup with peppers

Ingredients
2 peppers
tomatoes 4
2-3 carrots
1 stalk celery
2 leeks
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Vegetables are washed and cut into small pieces. Fry is (without pods) in the oil and pour 7-8 cups water. Boiled in a pan covered with a lid for about 1 hour, and then passaged. Add the cleaned and chopped peppers, salt and pepper to taste and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
