Tomatoes Royal

Ingredients
10 tomatoes
500 g mushrooms
4 boiled eggs
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper
cheese
parsley
sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
Method
Cut out the flaps of tomatoes and carving inside them. Mushrooms boiled, drained and finely chopped. Fry in sunflower oil pour the wine and simmer a little. Removed from heat and add chopped eggs, cheese and chopped parsley on. All add salt and add pepper and stir nice. With this mixture fill the tomatoes, put their lids place in a baking dish, sprinkle with melted butter and bake. In presenting pour the sauce: fry the flour in the oil is added inside the tomatoes. Salt and sprinkle with parsley.
