Ingredients
8 large tomatoes
250 g mushrooms
60 g butter
200 g salo
2 tbsp flour
150 g sour cream
100 g feta cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
pepper
salt

Method
Tomatoes are dug from inside and add salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Salo is cut into small pieces and fry, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry again. Sprinkle the flour, add the heart of tomatoes and creamy sauce and boil until thickened. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper. The mixture was cooled and to it was filled tomatoes. In each tomato put 2-3 small pieces of feta cheese, sprinkle with bread crumbs and melted butter. Tomato bake in a hot oven.
