Trahana meat

Ingredients
750 g mutton or veal
3/4 cup (150 g) in large pieces crushed wheat
3/4 cup (150 g) beans
125 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Beans and wheat are cleaned, washed, placed in a bowl with cold water and simmer until fully cooked, then add salt. Meat, cut into small pieces, boiled separately with a little water and add to the beans and wheat. A few minutes before removing the dish from the heat and add roux made from the butter, flour and paprika.
