Turkey meat with vegetables

Ingredients
1.3 kg fillet (white meat) turkey
1 clove garlic
20 g butter
1 tsp grated lemon peel
rosemary
thyme
pepper
salt
# For toppings:
400 g carrots
600 g potatoes
1 kg broccoli
1 large onion
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
breadcrumbs
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp flour
20 g butter
3/4 cup (150 ml) chicken broth
Method
Cleaned and chopped vegetables cook gently in salted water, drain, transfer to a baking dish, pour with olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven until ready. Grind the garlic and mix with softened butter, grated lemon peel, powdered dried spices and pepper to taste. Sliced ​​white meat is coated with this paste and ranks in the pan with a little oil. Bake in a moderate oven. Finished turkey and vegetables are transferred to a serving plate, cover with aluminum foil and keep warm. In the pan with the remaining meat juice pour 1/2 cup (100 ml) hot water. Fry flour in the butter and diluted with chicken broth and water tray. The sauce is put on the fire to boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Turkey, pour this sauce and served with vegetable garnish.
