Tutmanik with sauce

Ingredients
40 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
300 ml milk
1 tbsp vinegar
500 g flour
300 g feta cheese
3 eggs
80 ml sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp yogurt
sesame
1 tsp sugar

Method
Yeast dissolved in 100 ml warm milk, add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. It remains to effervescent * *. Knead into a soft dough from the salt, yeast, vinegar, remaining milk and 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Leave to rise. Then divided into 4 parts, each roll of the wick is cut into 8 pieces. Prepare the filling of 2 eggs and the feta cheese. The oil is heated. Each received 32 small pieces made flat as cakes, dab with the oil, put it in the middle of the stuffing and rolls well. Arranged in a buttered pan. Make a yoghurt sauce, remaining egg and sunflower oil, if left or warms new. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake.
