200 g almonds
200 g sugar
6 eggs
16 tbsp cream
70 g flour
vanilla
sugar
Method
Cake form smeared with butter and all is affixes biscuits. Yolks are broken with sugar added vanilla, cream, flour, ground almonds and snow egg white mixture thicken on low heat. Pour over biscuit and bake. Serve with cream or just scatter with sugar and decorated with fruit jam.
