Veal with eggplants

Ingredients
500 g veal
500 g eggplant
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5-6 Allspice
garlic
pepper
salt
Method
Meat, chopped, boiled in a little water Qty together with allspice. Eggplant cut into slices and fry in fat. Rice is boiled in salted water. In the pot, the bottom of which is poured fat are arranged sequentially eggplants, meat, rice, eggplant again. Pour over the meat broth and boil on low heat until the fat remains. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with podluchenoto with garlic yoghurt.
