Ingredients
          400 g veal
          50 g butter
          1 onion
          200 g sour cream
          3 tbsp (30 g) flour
          pepper
          salt
          300 g macaroni
          50 g ham
          50 g feta cheese "parmesan"
              Method
              Fry chopped onion in butter until yellowing, add the red pepper and diced meat, add salt, fry and stew under a blanket. Once the liquid has evaporated, a little water was added and stifling is continuing. When the meat is almost tender, add cream, whipped with flour, and stew. Serve with cooked pasta, sprinkled with grated feta cheese and finely chopped ham.
