Vegetarian brine

Ingredients
350 g spinach, rhubarb or liselets
1 carrot
1 onion or 2 bunches fresh
2 cloves garlic 1 sprig fresh
2 potatoes
1-2 tomatoes
3-4 pickles
2 1 tbsp rice or vermicelli handful
200 ml the brine from the pickles (marinade of cucumbers)
paprika, pepper
parsley
1 egg
100 ml milk
sunflower oil
Method
Cut vegetables in small pieces and stew them in fat as last add spinach and pickles (small cubes or large grater). Sprinkle with spices, add the brine, water and a little salt, but do not overdo it, because the brine is quite savory. Boil 35 minutes, sprinkle with parsley and zastroyvame with the egg and milk.
