Vegetarian hodgepodge

Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 eggplant
400 g potatoes
4 peppers (2 red and 2 green)
1 onion
300 g okra
300 g green beans
3 tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp breadcrumbs or crushed biscuit
1 tbsp paprika
# TOPPING:
1-2 eggs
200 ml milk

Method
Peel the onion and chop finely. Clean the seed pods and cut them in circles. Green beans cut into two or three pieces depending on its length. Cut the eggplants into large cubes. Cut the stems of okra cone to not expire gooey juice. Peeled and cut into slices of tomatoes and potatoes. Put in a pot or enameled pan all the chopped vegetables. Add salt them, sprinkle them with paprika and mix them.
