Vinegra Sauce

Ingredients
1 onion
1 small pickle
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
pepper, salt
parsley and dill
3 tbsp cooking cream
Method
The oil is mixed with vinegar and add thereto the finely chopped onion, pickles and parsley. Add mustard, pepper and salt. Mix well. Gradually add cooking cream, stir and sprinkle with dill. The sauce is best suited for fish and beef meats.
