Walnut diamonds

Ingredients
8 eggs
200 g sugar
25 g flour
50 g breadcrumbs
200 g ground walnuts
Method
Yolks of eggs broken with sugar and flour. Add the walnuts, bread crumbs and beaten egg whites. Mix gently. Pour into the pan layer of thick 1.5 to 2 cm and bake. Cool and cut diamonds and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
