Walnut pastries filled with biscuits

Ingredients
200 g biscuits
1 tbsp rum or cognac
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup ground walnuts
morello cherries or sweet
Method
Biscuits are cut into three equal pieces. Any dip quickly in the rum or cognac. Between two identical shape and size pieces put one cherry or cherry and hand form smooth balls. Beat hard snow two egg whites with 1 cup powdered sugar. Add the walnuts and dorazsheetva. Mixture with greased hands make small buns. In the middle of each is placed in a ball of cooked with sweet biscuits. Modeled the correct balls that are rolled in grated chocolate and put in paper cups.
