White pizza with bacon, Gorgonzola and rosemary

pizza dough
70 ml cream
200 g bacon
100 g feta cheese Gorgonzola
1 small onion
2-3 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves or 1- 2 tsp dried
pinch of salt

I prepare the dough for this recipe - Тесто Pizza - quickly and use a dose tray with a diameter of 30 cm, and as products are set for this size tray. Better not to do too thin because the filling on top is pretty heavy - thickness of the dough at least about 0.5 - 1 cm. Can be used and another pizza dough. The bacon is cut into pieces - smaller or larger as you prefer pizza. Onions cut into thin crescents. Cream salt it lightly. The dough is spread on a tray, the tray is better to have at least 1-2 cm edge because the filling can leak. Spread all with cream. Top ranks bacon on it distributes onions, then put the broken / cut pieces Gorgonzola. Sprinkle with rosemary. Top pizza sprinkle with cheese and bake in a strong preheated oven until ready.

pizza became maznichka, but very tasty! I made it with 1/2 dose dough.

Gerry, I am very glad that you liked it :) cream, gorgonzola, bacon and cheese, really is maznichka pizza and maybe not appropriate is too thin. With a little more dough balance better heavy stuffing on top, at least 0. 5 cm. I do make a full dose of dough always will put it as a clarification of the recipe itself.

if fried bacon a little advance and drain well will also be less greasy pizza.
