White soup of zucchini

Ingredients
500 g zucchini
1-2 carrots
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1-2 tbsp butter
salt
White soup of zucchini

Method
Courgettes are cut into pieces and carrots into rings and placed together in boiling salted water. When tender well through a sieve and add to the flour added, fuzzy advance in cold water. Soup to add milk and remove from fire. Add the butter and served with fried bread cubes.

Today I think to try, cross your fingers ladies.

A very light summer supichka! I added a small onion and a clove of garlic to enhance the flavor. In these heat is especially delicious when consumed at room temperature, not hot.

Wonderful soup became :)!

Supichkata is very tasty! Swapped carrots with potatoes, added a little dry dill and cheese before the passage and get wonderful.
