Zander with sour cream

Ingredients
1 kg fillet of zander
400 ml sour cream
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
200 ml water
salt
pepper
Method
Fillets cut into pieces as you wish. Add salt and lining up in the tray. Sprinkle with the oil and pepper and pour the water. Put to bake at full power. In a pan pour the cream and heat on the stove, stirring constantly (2-3 minutes). With melted cream Gulf fish and again returned to the oven. Bake until browned.
