Agneshna soup Serbian

Ingredients
500 g lamb leg
1-2 carrots
2 onions
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vegeta or a mixture of spices of your choice
4 cloves garlic
2 bay sheet
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp paprika
100 ml sunflower oil
yogurt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Make a marinade of vegeta, sunflower oil and salt and meat stayed there two days. Then fry the onions and carrots and add the meat. Boil on low heat for 40 minutes. Make a roux by vegeta, garlic, flour and 100 ml sunflower oil. Was added at the meat and add 2 liters of hot water. Thicken with yogurt, which is placed on each portion.
