Air cake

# For the base:
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar to the base
1/2 cup sugar to egg whites
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup flour
baking powder 1
1 vanilla
# For the cream:
125 g butter
3 yolks
100 ml water
7 tbsp flour
1 liter milk
2 vanilla
1 cup sugar
Preparation of the base: Heat oven to 180 C. Oil and flour form that will bake the cake. Yolks are broken with sugar until blanching, then add the oil, yogurt and flour with baking powder. Pour the dough into rectangles and bake. Whip with sugar and vanilla snow. Preparation of the cream: It gets cooked milk and put it in the melted butter and sugar. Once melted add sugar and egg yolks that have previously broken with flour and water. Cream boil stirring constantly, lest there be chunky. Add and vanilla. Finished base is smeared with cream and top with egg whites. He returned again in the oven and bake at upper wire and 160 C, while whites turn pink.
