Almond layered cake

Ingredients
# For the base:
4 eggs
4 tbsp milk
100 g sugar
10 g baking powder
cinnamon
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 vanilla
250 g ground almonds
3 and 1 / 2 cups white flour
# For the cream:
3 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
20 g butter

Method
Beat with mixer the egg yolks, milk, sugar and vanilla. Add previously beaten egg whites, almonds, coffee, cinnamon, baking powder and flour until a dough keskovo. In a buttered baking dish bake the base at a moderate temperature. Cooling the base is brushed with prepared as follows cream - in a dry saucepan put the butter, milk, cocoa and sugar and heat on stove until the products are mixed well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. We can then decorate with different sugar figurines.

mmm :) vkusnooo cream becomes so delicious that I prefer straight into bowls :)
