Aloo Gobi

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp sunflower oil
in 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and turmeric
1 onion
about 2 tbsp grated ginger
5 cloves garlic
2 large tomatoes
2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp ground cumin and garam masala
2 large potatoes
250 g minced meat optional

Method
We heated the oil. Put cumin beans to chirped. Add the turmeric and onion and fry for 3-4 minutes until the onion softens. Add the garlic, ginger and tomatoes, chopped. After all confuse add other spices and 150 ml water. Finally add the potatoes, cut into cubes and cauliflower. Optional you can add 250 g minced meat. In principle, the original recipe is vegetarian. But in Lahore, for example, make it with minced meat.
