Ingredients
1 cucumber
300 g cheese
1 boiled sausage
9 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
pepper
parsley
Method
Cucumber cut into cubes, cheese grate of large-scale grater, sausage cut into slices. In separate bowl mix the mustard, black pepper, salt, the oil, vinegar and parsley and add to the salad.
