Appetizer with ham, cream and rice

3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
250 g sour cream
2 green peppers
3 tbsp tomato puree (chutney, tomato sauce)
250 g feta cheese
6 tbsp grated cheese
salt and pepper

In a bowl mix the rice with chicken (I I used rabbit) and ham, season with salt and pepper as you have in mind that the feta cheese is savory. In another bowl, combine the cream, tomato paste and chopped peppers. Curry favor with sunflower oil or margarine small round pan or skillet yen voice and spread not very thick layer of rice mixture, pour the cream mixture and sprinkle with some of the feta cheese - grated or crumbled, then again rice and so until the products as necessarily ends with the rice mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven 150C for about 30 minutes. Serve lightly chilled with appropriate furniture as a main dish or as an appetizer.
