Appetizer with potatoes and quail eggs

Ingredients
2 large potatoes
1 egg
thyme, parsley and pepper
# For the filling:
250 g spinach
scallions
sprig of fresh garlic
1 tbsp butter
100 g feta cheese
egg 1
2 tbsp sour cream
12 quail eggs
salt and pepper

Method
The potatoes are grated. Pour with cold water and allowed 10 minutes to get the starch. Washed well with cold water and drained to the strainer. Dry with a towel and are mixed with other products. The mixture is placed in a pan of muffins, pre-greased with butter and spread on the bottom and sides, without being evenly. Baked in a preheated oven to 200C degrees pinking. spinach, onions and garlic are cut and smothered in butter. After cooling the mixture was added the egg and cream. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Finally added and the crumbled feta cheese. The baked wells were filled and made a slight opening in the middle. Tap is an egg in the middle and bake until whites are set.
