Apple cake with breadcrumbs

3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar (maybe white)
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
1 vanilla
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup ground walnuts
3-4 apples
1 cup crystal sugar
10 g baking powder

Prepare caramel with granulated sugar and pour into pan (20h25 cm), which will bake the cake. Apples cut into four, cleaned of seminal part and peel and cut into slices. Arranged in a tray on the caramel. Eggs and brown sugar (maybe white) beat with mixer until graying. Then added, as already stir with a spoon, the oil and milk. Breadcrumbs, the walnuts and baking powder mix. The dry mixture was carefully added to the egg. Season with vanilla (can be replaced with cinnamon). The dough is poured onto the apples. Cake bake in a preheated 180-degree oven about 30 minutes. It is advisable to check with a toothpick. Once cool, the cake turns into a suitable tray or plate, so that the fruits are on top.

I omitted to say that after baking, the cake turns into a baking pan so that the fruits are on top.

milk and nuts products are omitted in the method of preparation.

Thank you, mimsi, I really missed the milk. It puts the eggs after break. A walnuts I have written that mix with bread crumbs and baking powder. Sorry for the omission.
